1. Greyhound of Canada -

• This service is operated daily by Greyhound, year-round between Downtown Calgary and Fernie.
• Calgary Airport Passengers would take an airport shuttle between the airport and Greyhound's downtown station. The cost is $15.00 per person. Click-here for details!
• Taxi is also available between the airport and Greyhound's downtown depot. The cost is $35.00-$45.00, depending on routing and time of day. .
• The Greyhound Terminal in Fernie is the El Gap Mexican Diner, 902 6 Ave, Fernie, BC VOB 1MO, very close to the Power Mountain Lodge, Fernie.
• Please check the Greyhound's site for the exact information for the date(s) you require as the information does change, depending your travel date.

2. Airporter / Airport Shuttle Express Fernie Charter-

• This is the fast door-to-door service between the Calgary International Airport and any address in Fernie.
• It is great for small groups.
• Door-to-Door service means ANY hotel, ANY motel, ANY Condo or ANY hostel in Fernie.
• This service takes about 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hrs depending on road/weather conditions, about 250 miles/402 km's.
• The driver will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or outside the Canada Custom's Exit (International) and will assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have chartered the van we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees*Terms/Conditions.
• Extra Cost: Please ADD:
• Calgary Airport Van Exit Fees, which varies depending on the equipment . No extra Calgary Airport fees TO the airport.
• BC Road Taxes per trip.
• Tip to the Driver(s).
• 5% Goods and Service Tax.

• Airport Shuttle Express can also take your group to any other place in British Columbia and bring the same group back to the Calgary Airport.
• We can arrange for a British Columbia company to transfer you within British Columbia (i.e. Fernie to Cranbrook Airport, Nelson, Panorama, Kimberley or Kicking Horse) or to Whitefish/Kallispell Montana, Sandpoint Idaho, USA.

• Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *A credit card guarantee is due upon confirmation. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance cancellation notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and/or road conditions do close the road a number of times during the year. Any extra expense, whether accommodation or missed flight, etc, waiting for the road to open, is paid for by the client. The driver always has the right to refuse to drive due to poor road or weather conditions. If you are connecting thru the USA or on a "charter" flight from Europe you may wish to consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight as poor driving conditions could cause you to miss your flight!

3. "The Shuttle" Fernie Calgary Airport Shuttle Service (Winter 2010-2011)

There is currently no service for the Summer, Fall 2010.

"The Shuttle" Fernie Cranbrook Airport Shuttle Service (Winter 2010-2011).

There is currently no service for the Summer, Fall 2010.

• Season: Daily Service: Early December 2010 until Ski Hill Closes April, 2011.
• No Service: Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year Day.
• Fares are in Canadian Dollars.
• TAXES: If purchased in Alberta, either one way or round trip 5% Goods and Service Tax
• TAXES: If purchased in British Columbia, either one way or round trip, the 12 % Harmonized Sales Tax applies.
• Fernie Pickups: The Best Western Fernie and the Griz Inn at the Ski Hill are the two Fernie pickups locations. You may have to take a taxi to these locations if your accommodations are different.
• Fernie Drop offs: Will be made at most hotels & motels in Fernie and the Ski Hill.
• Payment due at the time of booking. i.e. your credit card will be charged.
• Cancellation Charges: Passengers may cancel up to 72 hours in advance of their travel without penalty.
• Cancellation within 72 hours will be held as a credit for up to one year from original travel date.
• Children under 16 years of age must travel with an adult
• Prices and Schedule subject to change without notice.
• "The Shuttle" reserves the right to add a fuel surcharge at their discretion
• Operator: "The Shuttle" is operated by Willow D. Enterprises Ltd, Fernie, BC with the office in the Best Western Fernie, at the Rent-A-Wreck Car Rental location.
• Other Information: Installation of child/booster seats is the full and exclusive responsibility of the parent or guardian.
• "The Shuttle" does not provide any type of car-seats or booster-seats.
• "The Shuttle" is not responsible for travel delays caused by poor road, weather or traffic conditions or force majeure.
• Travel continuance is at the sole discretion of the driver.
• "The Shuttle" is not responsible for delayed flights, which may result in the missing of "The Shuttle"
• Transportation of open alcohol and/or drugs is strictly forbidden on all vehicles
• The Shuttle may not operate without advance reservations and may need a limited number of bookings to operate..
• The driver may at his or her discretion may deny access to passengers who could pose a threat to other (Intoxicated, belligerent, violent, abusive, etc)
