1. Brewster Jasper Schedule Motorcoach Service -

From the Calgary International Airport TO Jasper:

• 18:15 hrs Arrival at the Jasper Park Lodge.

• $129.00 (Adult) $64.500 (Child 6-15 years)
• Children under 6 years travel free when sharing a seat.
• Rates Includes Airport Fees.
• Rate Excludes the GST. Please add the 5% the Goods and Service Tax (5%GST)
• Rate Exclude the National Park User/Entrance Fees.
• This "once-daily" service leaves 'on-time' and does not wait for late flights.
• Service includes pick-up and drop-off at some hotels in Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper, and at a select number of hotels in downtown Calgary. See link for pickup details.

2. Airporter Shuttle Express Charters -

• This is the fastest door-to-door service between the Calgary International Airport and any address in Jasper.
• This service is great for small groups.
• Airport Shuttle Express can offer you a direct transfer OR spend the day touring/stopping along the scenic Icefield Highway.
• Sunlight is to 2130 hrs during the summer months.
• Door to door means any hotel, motel, condo or hostel.
• This direct service takes about 5 hours, one way while the tour service will take about 10 to 12 hours and is subject to good road/weather conditions.
• The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or outside of Canada Customs (International) and will assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees.*terms/conditions.
• Winter Trips. We use the Icefield's Highway between Calgary and Jasper. In the unlikely event this road closes the only other way is via Edmonton which requires additional drive time and additional expenses. We reserve the right to pass on the additional expenses to the customer, should this occur.

** Jasper Tour duration is about 10 hours, one way which results in the driver being over their duty day if they return to Calgary. Customer pays for the driver's overnight hotel, a $35.00 meal allowance and $75.00 in extra wages with driver "dead-heading" back to Calgary the following day. With the Jasper Tour Rate you could make brief stops in Banff, Lake Louise, Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Columbia Icefields, Sunwapta and Athabasca Falls.

Airporter Shuttle Express Charter Terms/Conditions *A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the Jasper Road a number of times during the year. Any extra accommodation expense, waiting for the road to open, is paid for by the client. If you are connecting thru the USA or on a charter flight from Europe you may wish to consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight as poor driving conditions could cause you to miss your flight! Jasper Skiing is Great but give yourself enough time for the transfer and airline check-in!
