Accounting Staff Customer Service Agents. Dispatch Drivers, Shuttles & Coach Maintenance To Apply for a Job

• Shuttle & Coach Drivers - Part-time driver's positions. Shifts start at various times throughout the day. Hourly wages are paid and you have an opportunity of earning tips on "charter" trips. Most of our runs are within Calgary although we may have charters to "anywhere" in Western Canada. Many of our drivers have been with us since 1998, when our 'ride-share' service began!

• Motorcoach: Motorcoach Driver's must have a class 1, or 2 Alberta license with air brake endorsement. Motorcoach Charters can be to anywhere in Alberta or British Columbia.
• Minibus drivers Must have a class 1, 2 or 4 Alberta License. They are usually driving a set route in 24 passenger minibuses or on 'charters'.
• Shuttle Van Drivers: Must have a class 4 Alberta license driving 14 passenger window-vans. Drivers are also license to drive the minibuses.
• All drivers must be a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant or have a Canadian Government work permit.
• In Addition:
  • Provide the company with an Alberta Driver's Abstract.
  • Important: All drivers MUST have a good working knowledge of Calgary including attraction locations, district knowledge and street/avenue addresses. (Shuttle drivers do multi pickups and drops to and from the airport. You do not want to get flustered and pressured because you do not know the city well enough. Our clients expect a safe, pleasant and well timed transfer).
  • Be at least 25 years old (per insurance requirements).
  • Possess excellent communication and map reading skills.
  • Able to keep accurate and organized records.
  • Avoid smoking while operating one of our vehicles.
  • Capable of lifting at least 60 pounds/25 kg (approximately) repetitively.
  • Must like dealing with the traveling public.
  • Be a team player.
  • Pass a drug and/or alcohol test as well as a background check.

Dispatch and Customer Service Agents.

• Shifts start at various starting times throughout the day.
• A hourly wage is paid.
• Customer Service Agents are at our reservation centre in NorthEast Calgary.
• Customer Service Agents answer phones, make shuttle reservations, complete shuttle bookings, issues shuttle and other companies tickets
• Customer Service Agents also check /create shuttle routings and assists our dispatcher in getting clients home in a safe and timely manner.
• The Dispatcher is responsible for the whole running of the operation during their shift and whose position is usually filled by a Customer Service Agent.
• All Applicants must:
• Have some computer experience.
• The ability to type accurately.
• Be a Canadian Citizen, Landed Immigrant or have a Canadian Government work permit.
• Fully understand the spoken and written English,
• Possess excellent communication and map reading skills.
• Be a team player.
• Possess good phone skills and customer service skills.
• Strong organization skills as attention to detail is important.
• Be presentable.
• Important: Have a very good working knowledge of Calgary including attraction locations, district knowledge and street/avenue addresses.
• Pass a drug and/or alcohol test as well as a background check.
