Airporter Shuttle Express Charter Terms/Conditions -

• *A credit card guarantee is due upon confirmation.
• The actual credit card charge is put through on the day of the service in Canadian Funds.
• If your flight is late we wait with no additional wait-time charge.
• If your flight gets cancelled (and this happens a number of times each year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately.
• Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number.
• Failure to advise us of changes prior to the original pickup time will result in the billing of the trip.
• In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance cancellation notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and vehicle are assigned.
• Poor weather and/or road conditions can close the Lethbridge Road a number of times during the year (winter).
• Any extra accommodation expense, waiting for the road to open or en route, is paid for by the client.
• Please give yourself enough time for the transfer and airline check-in!

Greyhound Canada

• This service operates daily, year-round and is for the individual traveler. This is how it works:

  • To/From the Calgary Airport you would use the airport shuttle OR taxi to/from Greyhound's Downtown Calgary Terminal.
  • Greyhound offers service between downtown Calgary and Lethbridge, Alberta.
  • You would use a taxi between Lethbridge's Greyhound Depot and your destination in Lethbridge.

   

• Service #1: Once hourly throughout most of the day the Airport Shuttle operates between the Calgary Airport and Greyhound at 15.00/head. For shuttle details "click-here". A taxi costs is CAD$35-$45.00 depending on the routing or time of day. Calgary Transit can also get you there. Their price is $2.75 per adult. The airport-Greyhound Calgary Transit connection carn require two transfers and about 1 1/2 to 2 hours travel time. • No advance bookings are required for Greyhound.
• Advance purchase of your Greyhound ticket could save you some money.
