1. Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Service -

• This is the fastest "door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport and Panorama Mountain Resort.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service can take up to 4 1/2 hours, one way, for the approximate 375 kms journey.
• It is subject to good road and weather conditions.
• The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or outside of Canada Customs (International) and will assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees *(terms/conditions)
• The "charter" rates does Excludes:
  • The BC Road Tax (Varies depending on equipment)
  • The Goods and Service Tax of 5%.
  • Airport Exit Fee (Varies depending on equipment)
  • A tip to the driver(s).

• Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day of the service.If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the Road a number of times during the year. Any additional accommodation, extra mileage due to road closures or other expenses are born by the client.

2. Greyhound & Columbia Valley Taxi -

• To Panorama:
• Between the Calgary Airport and Greyhound's Downtown Terminal you would use a taxi, about $35.00 or airport shuttle @ $15.00/head times/booking upon arrival at the Calgary Airport thru the Sundog Tours' desk.
• Greyhound departs for Invermere British Columbia once daily at 1715 hrs with an arrival at 2135 hrs.
• The trip takes about 4 hours, 20 minutes.
• The fare is approximately $45.50 plus 6% GST.
• There is also an overnight bus to Invermere (9 hours, 20 minutes). Please see Greyhound's web site for complete details.
• From Invermere you would take Columbia Valley Taxi to the Panorama Resort, about a 1/2 hr trip.

• To the Calgary Airport just reverse.
• From Panorama you would take Columbia Valley Taxi to Invermere, about a 1/2 hr trip.
• Greyhound departs Invermere at 10:25 with a Calgary arrival at 14:45 hrs.

Other

Panorama is a "charter" bus destination. If you booked your accommodation through a tour operator they may have "charter" buses between the Calgary Airport and Panorama. We do not have any information on those services. Please check with your travel agent for transfer details with your tour operator.
