Calgary Airport to Panorama Shuttle Services 

• • • This is the fast “door-to-door Service between the Calgary Airport and the Panorama Mountain Resort
    • It is great for small groups or families
    • The service can take up to 4.5 hours for a approximately 375 kms journey
    • On arrival you are meet by your driver in the terminal at the luggage claim area of your domestic airline
    • OR in terminal at the exit from Canada Customs for International Arrivals.
    • The driver will have a sign with your name on it or the name of the group you have given to us.
    • We wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees (see Terms/Conditions)
    • EQUIPMENT:
      • An eight passenger van, SUV or Cadillac Sedan depending on the situation.
    • COSTS INCLUDES:

      • The Calgary Airport Authority Fees.
    • EXTRA COSTS:
      • A tip to the driver
      • The 5% Canadian Goods and Service Tax (GST).
      • Very early morning departures from Panorama may required an extra charge for the pre trip driver’s room.
    • ROAD/WEATHER CONDITIONS
      • The road can close down a number of times per year due to poor road, wind, and snow conditions. For safety reasons, our driver will wait until the road reopens.

      • Panorama departures for early morning flights we suggest you spend the last day of skiing and book a late afternoon departure from Panorama.
      • Calgary Airport late evening arrivals we suggest you book a Calgary Airport Area Hotel and take an early departure to Panorama.
      • Airport Shuttle Express can pick you up from any hotel in Calgary.
