1. Airporter / Airport Shuttle Express Charter Service

• This is the fast "door-to-door" service between Calgary International and your hotel or destination in Kananaskis Country!.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service takes about 1 3/4 hours, one way and is subject to good road and weather conditions.
• The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or in the terminal, outside the exit of Canada Customs (International), by the horses!
• The driver will be holding sign with your name or the company name which you have advised us.
• The driver will assists you with your luggage.
• Because you have chartered we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees *(terms/conditions)
• EXTRA COSTS:
• The "charter rate below EXCLUDES
  • Airport Exit Fees (varies depending on equipment)
  • Goods and Service Tax (5%GST)
  • A tip to the driver(s).
• Email us for reservations or use our on-line booking system which quotes all inclusive rates.
• Higher/Lower Van rates may apply to other destinations in Kananaskis Country.
• The Sedan Service features Lincoln TownCar or similar vehicles.
• Sample "one-way" Charter/Exclusive Van Rates.

**Includes basic cost, a tip to the driver, Calgary Airport Authority parking/pickup/exit fees and the 5% Goods and Service Tax.

• Airporter Shuttle Express Charter Terms/Conditions - *A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day before the service. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone or email and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and/or road conditions can close the Kananaskis Road a number of times during the year. Top

Brewster's Kananaskis Service

How the service works:

• Reservations are required for all services.
• The Brewster Bus service is used between the Calgary Airport and the Stoney Nakoda Resort/Kananaskis Junction.
• At the Stoney Nakoda Resort you transfer to the Delta Kananaskis Hotel's van to continue to the Delta Kananaskis Lodge.

From the Calgary Airport:

• The Brewster's motorcoach departs daily at:
  • 12:30 hrs (12:00PM) and arrives at the Delta @ 1400 hrs (02:00PM)
  • 15:30 hrs (03:30PM) and arrives at the Delta @ 1700 hrs (05:00PM)
  • 18:30 hrs (06:30PM) and arrives at the Delta @ 2000 hrs (08:00PM)
• From the Delta Kananaskis Lodge:
• Check with the Delta bell desk to reconfirm your transfer.
• The Delta's Shuttle bus departs the Delta Lodge to the Stoney Nakoda Resort/Kananaskis Junction at
• 08:00 hrs (8:00AM) with a Calgary Airport arrival time @ 0945 hrs (09:45AM)
• 12:00 hrs (12:00PM) with a Calgary Airport arrival time @ 1345 hrs (01:45PM)
• You change to a Brewster Bus at Kananaskis Junction/Stoney Nakoda Resort for the transfer to the Calgary Airport.
• The one-way cost is CAD$49.95 per person. (Child: $24.95 per person).
• Child age 6-15, under 6 ride for free when sharing a seat.
• Extra Costs:
• 5% Goods and Service Tax.
• $20.00/head charge payable to the Delta's Driver for non Delta Hotel Guests.
