- Glacier Park Lodge, East Glacier, Montana USA
- The distance from the Calgary Airport to East Glacier is about 265 KMS (229 miles)
- The East Glacier service usually takes 4 to 5 hours with two quick coffee/rest stop
- This service can also take you to the “hard to get to” Montana hotels like: Many Glacier, Swift Current & Rising Sun Motor Inns, Lake MacDonald Lodge and the Village Inn at Apgar.
- Subject to good road and weather/snow/wind conditions.
- US and Canada Customs wait times can be “quick” to well over an hour!
- Kalispell Airport (FCA)
- The distance from the Calgary Airport to the Kalispell Airport is about 506 KMS (314 miles)
- The Kalispell service usually takes about 5.5-6.5 hours with two quick coffee/rest stops
- Subject to good road and weathers/wind conditions.
- BANFF AND LAKE LOUISE HOTELS:
- The distance from Banff to the Kalispell Airport is about 482 KMS (300 miles)
- The distance from Lake Louise to the Kalispell Airport is about 479 KMS (297 miles)
- From Banff or Lake Louise the service usually takes 5.5 to 6.5 hours with two quick coffee/rest stops.
- Subject to good road and weathers/wind conditions.
- Add $150.00 to the Calgary rates and $200.00 for the Lake Louise Rates.
- DEPARTURE/PICKUP TIMES:

- For USA trips “subject to the USA/Canada border being open!” (depends on which border crossing).
- Suggest AM pickups from Canada and PM pickups from the United States.
- CALGARY HOTELS PICKUPS/DROPS:
- If you are on a private charter we can pickup/drop at most Calgary/Banff/ Lake Louise Hotels.
- CALGARY AIRPORT OR CALGARY HOTEL MEETING PLACE:
- The driver will meet you at the main “Tourist Information” booth, domestic arrival level.
- OR in the luggage claim area of your domestic airline.
- OR in the terminal at the exit from Canada Customs for International Arrivals.
- OR in the lobby of your hotel.
- The driver will be holding a sign with your name or company name which was given to us.
- COST:
- Rated quoted are in Canadian Dollars, worth about 25% LESS than the US Dollar at the present time (10 Dec 2018 1.00USD equals 1.2962 Canadian).
- In an email please advise number of people travelling, the pickup and drop location, the date and the time of the pickup with the number of bags you will be bringing. If you have more than normal luggage, i.e. bikes in boxes etc, please advise at the time of booking. If your passenger numbers change please advise us of your new numbers so we can have the right equipment! If you have flight information please advise that information as well.

- The basic charter van costs and US Customs Van Clearance Fees, if applicable.
- PRIVATE CHARTER EXTRA COSTS:
- Calgary Airport Fees (varies with the equipment)
- The Waterton Park Entrance/Admission Fees, if applicable.
- The Entrance/Admission Fee is payable upon entering Waterton National Park.
- A “Waterton” day is until 1600 hrs (4PM) the next or following day.

- The 5% Canadian Goods and Service Tax (GST).

- USA/ CANADA CUSTOMS:
- It is your responsibility to have the necessary documents to cross the border.
