Airport Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - *No deposit is required. A credit card guarantee is due at the time of booking. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day before the service in Canada in Canadian Funds, although some exception may apply. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, you miss-connect, or are stuck in Canada Customs pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel everything a 72 hour advance cancellation notice must be received or you will be billed for the service. Two days prior to the service the driver's name and cell phone number is available if requested during this time period. Poor weather and/or road conditions could close the road. If you are connecting thru the USA or on a "charter" flight from Europe you may wish to consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight as poor driving conditions could cause you to miss your flight!

The CANMORE Service with Banff Airporter is to and from the Radisson Hotel in Canmore.
NO PICKUPS WITHOUT ADVANCE RESERVATIONS. i.e. Bus does not stop if there is no one to pickup!
Taxi service is available within the Canmore town site to other hotels or residential addresses..
Banff Airporter's airport check-in counter is located in the main Calgary Airport Terminal, at meeting area "C", arrival level.
Banff Airporter CANMORE Service operates 9 times daily, year-round!
They leave "on-time" and do not wait for late flights.
You are permitted to go on the next vehicle on the same date, subject to availability, if your flight is late.
Advance reservations are required.
Per person rates includes Airport Fees.
Per person rate excludes the Goods and Service Tax of 5%

Banff Airporter's Terms/Conditions:

Banff Airporter services are payable in full upon booking.
Tickets are non refundable unless cancellation insurance is purchased thru the link above.
Departures from the airport are prompt at the schedule times listed due to airport policy.
Drivers are unable to wait for late arrivals, luggage, etc.
Late arrivals are requested to check in at the Banff Airporter Desk or call the Banff Airporter main booking line. Bookings are valid for the day of travel and late arrivals will be accommodated on the next available shuttle. (Accommodations will be made for acts of god).
Departure from Canmore may vary due to traffic or weather. Passengers should be ready 10 minutes prior to departure time to ensure schedule and allow for a 10-minute delay.
Banff Airporter client's are requested to wait for schedule services in a place where it will be easy to be seen by the driver. Drivers are unable to ring doorbells, apartment numbers, hotel rooms, etc due to the schedule requirements.
Travelers without reservations will be accommodated on a stand-by basis, subject to availability.
Luggage Allowance: Passengers are allowed two pieces of luggage plus a carry-on. Anything above and beyond this is $17.00/bag. All skis, snow boards and bikes must be properly packaged for transport (bikes must be in boxes). Any oversized luggage (or special luggage such as musical instruments) will be allowed at the discretion of Banff Airporter.
