1. Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Service -

• This is the fastest "door-to-door" service between the Calgary Airport, Golden and the Kicking Horse Resort.
• It is great for small groups.
• This service can take up to 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 hours, one way, for the approximate 375 km's / 235 miles.
• It is subject to good road and weather conditions.
• The driver or airport representative will meet you in the luggage claim area of your airline (domestic) or in the terminal, outside the exit of Canada Customs (International), by the horses!
• They will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle.
• Because you have "chartered" we wait for late flights, at no additional wait-time fees *(terms/conditions)

• The "charter" rates does Excludes:
  • 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST)
  • The BC Road Tax (Varies depending on equipment)

  • A tip is included with the Lincoln TownCar or similar.

Airporter Shuttle Express "Charter" Terms/Conditions - A card guarantee is due upon confirmation. The actual credit card charge is put thru on the day before the service in Canada in Canadian Funds. If your flight is late we wait, at no additional wait-time charge. If your flight gets cancelled, (and this happens a number of times per year) please pickup the phone and advise us immediately. Hopefully you can also advise us of your new arrival time, date, airline and flight number. Failure to advise, prior to the original pickup time, will result in the billing of the trip. In the unlikely event you must cancel a 72 hour advance notice is required or you will be billed for the service as this is when the driver and van are assigned. Poor weather and or road conditions does close the road a number of times during the year. Any additional accommodation expense, extra mileage charges due to road closures, new airline tickets or other expenses are born by the client.

Schedule Motorcoach service by Brewster will be available between the Calgary Airport, Golden and the Kicking Horse Resort for the Winter Ski Season, 20 December 2011 to 31 March 2012. Pickups are also available in Canmore, Banff and Lake Louise. Move down for details.

• Brewster is not responsible for travel delays caused by poor road, weather or traffic conditions or force majeure.
• Travel continuance is at the sole discretion of the driver.
• Brewster is not responsible for delayed flights, which may result in the missing of bus or the bus arriving at the airport AFTER your flight has departed.
• BE WARNED the road does close down a number of times per year and there is usually no "alternative" routing as that road also closes due to poor weather/wind conditions!
• Consider overnight in Calgary before/after your flight!
