Airport Shuttle Express offers sedan service between the Calgary International Airport (YYC) and any address in Calgary and area. This includes transfers to other Alberta or British Columbia towns or cities as well as any resort, farm or ranch.

At the Calgary Airport you are met by our airport representative or the driver upon flight arrival.
They will have a welcome sign with the name or company's name you have given us.
For domestic arrivals the meeting place is at your airline's luggage carousel.
For International arrival the meeting place is in the terminal, outside the exit to Canada Customs (by the "horses")!
Our airport representative or your driver will help you with your luggage, and take you directly to your vehicle for immediate departure to your destination.
In the unlikely event the driver or customer misconnects the customer can be given the driver's cell phone number approximately three days prior to the service. As well, the airport information booth will page the driver and/or customer throughout most of the day.

Budget approximately 20 minutes after your flight arrival domestically and 45 minutes after your international flight arrivals for luggage pickup and Customs Clearance before your sedan or private van departs the airport (hopefully earlier!).

In co-operation with Banff and Calgary's license Limousine operators Airport Shuttle Express can arrange for Lincoln TownCars, Cadillac Sedans as well as our own vans,minibuses and motorcoaches. Canada and the United States Trans Border Service

We are fully licensed and insured to offer a private van service between the Calgary Airport, Calgary, Canmore, Banff or Lake Louise and most addresses in Montana, Idaho or Washington State. Pickups in the United States TO Canada are also available. For reservations or definite fare quote please advise us of your van requirements by email. Trans border sedan service is not available at the present time.
